I totally disagree with Carl on this one. Since when is "personal" action/nature not appropriate for further action. If so then I guess it's all right for legislators to prey on pages, it's all right for ball players to use steroids, it's all right for priest to violate youngsters. You have to be kidding. Aren't all of these also of a personal nature. Where I come from one is responsible for ones actions and thus suffers the consequence if inappropriate. How could one lead appropriately with such known inappropriate behavior. BnM
