I received a visit from Norm Johnson around 12:30 and he rescinded his decision on my mail box, it was a misunderstanding with the inspectors as he was not able to inspect them all. Norm also advised me that Countryside did not replace my mail box, he stated I must have had it done by someone else as Countryside does not replace mailboxes. I tried to explain what had taken place and he walked off, he did not want to hear it. Well Norm I will tell you on the BLOG Tom Kiddle and our former GM Gary Mersman were checking mail boxes and my wife was out side and observed them looking at our mailbox and she asked if there was a problem and she was told our mailbox was not conforming and needed to be replaced. She was told that Countryside could replace the mail box and the cost would be put on our bill. A few day's later a Countryside Employee did replace our mail box and the charge was put on our bill.
