I as the son of former Alderman Allan Ciccone I can do nothing but praise my Dad, be proud of all his accomplishments and tell everyone I can a little about him.
I know if elected to your board you will have not only a voice but someone who doesn't sleep until he gets his point across. I watched him many times go against status quo because his thoughts were to be heard not ignored.
He never forgot about the little guy with a problem and this is why he was elected six consecutive terms to the board I now preside on. My father was the biggest influence in my running for public office because he DID make a difference.
I am certain at times his voice was not as loud as it could have been, but make no mistake, he was always heard. The respect he has with the people of Newton, Ma. as well as his former colleagues has been an asset to me since joining the board. Thanks Dad and best of luck.
