I've lived in the Countryside Community for many years and I was president of Building one in Country Haven, where I persuaded U. S. Homes to fix the shortly workmanship on Building one at NO COST to the residents. We also got things done that were necessary and I also owned a condo in Building three.
We now own a house on Countryside Dr and I am a director for Home Owners One. One of my goals is to make Countryside a Country Club that all owners will be proud of. I don't feel that I need two years to get acquainted to be able to get in the swing of things on the board.
As you know, I will speak for my consultants, I am one person that will stand up and be counted, not hide behind committee's. I am running from single family homes and you can hold me responsible for the responsibilities that I take on. I do not have a conflict of interest that others may.
I will not be silenced in a position that I am elected to. I feel Board Members should live where they reside, that is true representation. MAKE YOUR VOTE COUNT!
