Would anyone know where the Architectural Committee received the authority to shop for us? We all received the specs for the new mailbox and I believe we are all capable of shopping for ourselves and deciding who shall do any work on OUR property. Is Countryside doing their work (billing for mailbox,etc) for nothing or are they in for a piece of the action.
