With what the master board has just done to the homeowners over their mailboxes without any feed back from them in my opinion was wrong. If the architect committee wanted to change the mail boxes, they should have held an open forum or at least contacted the homeowners and they did not. I want to share another item that has been discussed by a few and most likely they will try and go forward without each home owner being notified.

At the last master Board meeting, I was surprised when I heard the president of Homeowners 2 speak to you over the consolidation of the home owners association and going forward with it and what bothered me was the comment that Countarylake Circle would be the problem and he was not worried about them.

As I had stated to you in my email, I felt all associations should send out letters to their members to see how they feel about the proposed change and this should be done the same way as what the Architectural Committee should do as this is a big change also and members should be allowed to weigh in on how they feel about it.
