I recall information being distributed by the office that restated regulations on "for sale" signs. It included an approval of "open house" signs while the open house was in process with a sales person in attendance. I cannot find it in my files, but I am sure one of the former realestate office personnel will recall. Worth a look on behalf of anyone planning to sell.
