I think this should be on the top of the agenda for next year and I also feel before we get started, all associations should send out letters to their members to get their in put as to how the feel about the change. I have always felt it is best to keep members informed at the start.
I agree with you 100% on polling all homeowners about this. This issue has been kicked around before and it has come back. We will discuss this at our next meeting.
