GOVERNANCE: As a follow up to our Board workshops on Governance and in an effort to provide an effective and sound foundation for good governance the Board adopted a Code of Conduct and a Code of Ethics for all Master Board members.



Is the Master board going to let the membership know what kind of Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics they have adopted or is this a way to try and stop elected members from talking to the people that elected them.
