Where have you been Dec. 06,Jan 07,Feb. Mar. Apr. May June, members were asking to address this issue. Survey, who needs a survey to know members are not happy with
the prices, a Fillet minon is more expensive then any where around.You look at the food prices please, this is a middle class community certain people want to make it more than it is, we do not want to spend to make it Kensington. We are more in line with Glen Eagle like it or not. This board has not changed if anything it has gotten worse where is the leadership the people in Countryside better wake up. How many of you spend much more than your $500.00 dollars be honest I see everybody at different places around town because you do not like the way thing are .Come on the liquor is over priced how many groups say let's go down to the club and have some appetizers
a few cocktails.
The summer golf group that travels to different clubs every Friday is so embarrassed at the meals Countryside puts out (Burgers, dogs that are cooked at 9:00am) would not invite the other clubs here. Point your fee has gone from 1,300.00 to 1,900.00 in two years (these are general numbers) who is the board kidding what they have done is built up a slush fund, future projects.No more votes wait till you see next years fees ( that they do in June when not many members are here ) at this rate
nobody will be here. Losing interest
