ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE: The Board accepted the recommendation of the Committee instituting a new standard for mailboxes. There are currently a minimum of 125 mailboxes that currently need some form of repair or replacement. The new standard is the mailbox type that was on display at the Club. It will be welded aluminum, primed with Zinc Chromate and finished with Dark Green Multi-Part Automotive Urethane finish. The new standard will be enforced when a mailbox is no longer repairable or the property is sold. Our documents do not permit a time frame for replacement. Each homeowner will be receiving a letter explaining the standard and how to order the mail box.
