We all know the past G M was caught taking food out the back door,or perhaps the President who was having cookout's. Or doing an end around with the vote not
to do the tennis court,the club house which was the least important rated on the questionnaire, or the wall, future projects this is an assessment! projects
need to be voted on, when was the last time you voted on anything.
Did you know the goal of this board is to have the board run the community
no vote's they would even choose the board members, are they not running it now,
we do not vote. The committees members are selected by board we see how long they have been there, I am in no way discounting what a good job they have done mostly a thankless position.
Term limits is the only way to make sure we have new ideas, agenda's should be 2/3 of the community not only the board.
