Term Limits of Board of Directors: Changing the various amendents in our By Laws and Articles of Incorporation are covered in several places in our documants. They all require that "they may be amended by a vote of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of all members." This would be 756 of the 1133 members. See Articles of Incorporation Article VII Board of Directors, and Article XIII Amendments. This is covered in the same manner in the By Laws Article IV Board of Directors Selection and Term of Office, and Article XIII Amendments.
Also, the documents would have to be amended in the same way to be able to transfer Golfing Memberships from golfing members (A) to non-golfing members (B).
A 2/3 (756) member vote in favor to change. How do you suppose the 283 B members will vote???
