Mr. Hicks:
I agree with you on Florida Statue 718, but it seems that their is nothing that we can do about it unless we get another opinion from another attorney. You know that the Countryside attorney works for Countryside and that is all I am going to say on that issue. I agree with you on your representative for Country Haven, it seems she is doing a good job for her constituents and it did look like the board was upset with her when she spoke and that is not right and that is where the dispute comes from, she is a B member. I think all the other members are representing A members, I forgot, there is another person representation the social members, he lives on Countryside Dr and supports the A membership and that is wrong. Why did he keep quiet about the height of the wall?, The rules need to be changed so that if you want to run for the board you must own and LIVE in that area. Country Glenn should start thinking about recalling their representative and elect a person that would help to even things on the board and instead of it being 8 to 1 it would be 7 to 2, still out numbered but with 2 of the members being social, then some of the other would listen. At the meeting yesterday a women, whom I don't know got up and said we all should get along with each other and I agree with her on that issue and after the meeting I was shocked when she an A member was yelling at you a B member when you were talking to your board member. I would also like to say I agree with the president of the board when she said the cost to replace the rest rooms would be paid for by the A membership.
