I think that legal action against the Board of Directors is bit excessive at this time. The first move should be to approach the Board concerning potential violations to specific documents. Let the Board consult with with their legal, if necessary, concerning the matter(s) and see what response results. Then give the Board the chance to adjust or correct without legal action if called for. A meeting of the minds is the proper and most logical way to resolve a problem, if there is one. Decide on this first!!! Then proceed as reasonable adults. Ward Shaw
