I do not believe what Ms. Feeney said to be accurate or true, our documents state capital improvements need 2/3 vote the members should have the vote, not the board. This is why the term limits is so important.
The questions posed to the club attorney are stated in such a manner as to get the desired answer that the executive board wants.
Why, ask yourself would the executive committee be trying to take the vote away
from the members, 4 people this is unconscionable. I would like to see the lawyers responses (which the members pay for) to the executive board.
The way board member Ms. Pastore was treated was despicable, she was tiring to tell the members what is really going on, she has a right to speak, Ms Feeney seems
to be trying to control everything that goes on. This is an open forum everyone is entitled to an opinion, you do not have to agree, but be respectful.
Mr. Hicks always asks good questions (loves Countryside) is in no way a negative
force, yet Mr. Hicks and Ms Pastore were verbally attacked after the meeting.
A person who accused them of dividing the A and B members, nothing could be further from the truth this has been going on for years.I would hope when then the snow birds arrive they will see through whats going on here Ms. Pastore can't stand up for members alone. Disappointed with this board
