I agree with the earlier comments about not allowing enough time to do the survey correctly.
This is a major issue which must be givem adequate time to receive responses from as many residents as possible. Seems to me there shouldn't be such a rush on it.
The last section of the wall was dropped into place at 2:20 today Monday.
