Four (out of 9) Master Board members will have served 7 years (or more) by the time of the next Countryside-wide elections in 2008. They are:

Richard Kudelski, Doug Brown, Dom Festa,.and Richard Fleming

If the proposed Term Limits were in place (stating only 2 consecutive terms or 4 years) The 4 Master Board Directors would have served 3 years beyond the Term Limits. It is no wonder that the 4 Master Board members sought not to bring this matter up for a vote because they knew a Term Limit provision would have prohibited them from seeking re-election in 2005, 2006, or 2007.

The following are Countryside’s Advisory Committee members who have served on the same committee for more than 4 years. Records available only went back 10 years.

Future Project Committee (New in 2006/7) The new committee is listed as

Advisory to the Master Board. However, the Director Liaison is Richard Kudelski, President of the Master Board and the Co-chairs are both on the Master Board (Ron Kunow and Dom Festa). Do you consider this an impartial committee meant to advise the Master Board?
