With all the talk about capital improvements what I think that's gotten over looked is Future Projects assessment oh that's right an assessment is illegal.
Who is really behind this is it a orchestrated bate and switch , I believe
Ive read somewhere that an assessment has to be for a named project. You can not
write into your budget future projects, the board was advised of this but did it
anyway. For the members East, West, North back home you are in for a surprise.
Call the office and ask for a break down of you members dues ask what a future
projects assessment is for. We want votes for improvements not cache blank for
board to do whatever they want. This is unbelievable why does board not respond
is there something in the cupboard? I don't think this is the end of this.
