The Webmaster's response to OJ Simpson is disappointing. Far from discouraging members, OJ is encouraging them to read the Statutes instead of speculating about what they might say. The Statutes can be accessed at "www.flsenate.gov/Statutes". The homeowners statute is TITLE XL Chapter 720. I have read them and I agree with OJ, that there is no requirement that the members vote on every capital improvement.
