Webmaster. Thank you for keeping us up to date on what is going on at the meetings as there are times when many of us have a hard time getting there. On Monday, the golf channel had a great feature on the benefits of walking when you play. I, also as a former school P E teacher, coach and administrator understand that the minimum number of steps a person walks per day to maintain themselves is 10,000 steps. Attach a pentometer to your belt the next time you walk a course and you will be amazed at how much that you walked. I agree that 30 minutes a day on the tredmill is great, but I can also state that being outside on a golf course walking is a lot more fun.
