Several years ago the Master Board had a "Vote" to pass a three point two million dollar due over of the Club. It did not pass because they didn't get a 2/3 vote of each class.I realize that you have read the documents, but unless you are a laywer I feel you or myself are ill-suited to pass judgement on this subject. Lets settle this once and for all and get an opinion from a "Laywer"
