let me get this straight Florida Statues say any project that increases the value of the community ( tennis court, club house, fountain, office's is a capital improvement.Why is there no vote, because the board has insulted the intelligence and knowledge of every member. The members expect to lawfully run this community if votes should be taken why are they not? I don't know law but I am fairly certain that an assessment has to be for a named project wall,Wilma you get my point. So to get around this we now have a future projects assessment in our dues does anybody know if this is legal.Is this a forced unnamed assessments? There has to be people
in our community that know the law's that pertain H O A. Why have none of the board
members answered any of the members quesions.
