In light of these times of fiscal awareness and a sputtering economy (if you don't believe it's sputtering just look at the real-estate market and our own real-estate office closing.) If this office closes isn't Countryside going to loose revenue?
I have a few questions;
Why is the board creating a new salaried position of marketing and communication director?
What is the job description and responsibilities of this person and how will it help Country side?
Is this another capital improvement at a salary of $70,000 a year that the membership once again does not get to vote on or have any say in the matter?
