If you remember, when we first had a vote on whether or not we would have the 3.2 million dollar club due over, we voted by the Capitol Improvement provision in the by-laws of the club. It Didn't pass because 2/3 of each class (Social & Golf) didn't approve it. This was done several years ago. Since then, we have done "End Arounds", built up reserves, appropriated money through assessments and raised maintenance fees through the roof.... Could someone, (Club Manager or someone on the Master Board) explain to me why we don't use the Capital Improvement provision anymore??
THANK YOU
