I think I have to clarify something. If a question in the survey concerns Limitation@ a majority wants limitations, then a proposal is drawn up, cleared by the Master Board.
It then goes to the membership for a vote. If approved, a change in the documents follows. Then it is official. The process could take about 6 months or longer. I think I have it right.
