I hope our Master Board realizes that times are not that good right now, especially the real estate market. The real estate office closing, a loss of about 60 thousand a year. What with foreclosures, bad real estate sales. It's time to think of the "Present" not the "Futures Commitee". Lets repaint not rebuild. I also think there should be some accountability on the Country Club office construction cost. I understand it went $30 thousand over what was voted on by the Master Board: ($42,000) .Who approved this "extra $30,000 ? The same with the wall, We were told it would cost around $950,000. I understand it will cost well into the million dollar range....Why should I be subject to shoddy management of my affairs?
