I have had trouble recently with the resident (I've lived here 9 years) gate not reading my bar code and having to get in through
the visitors entrance. My problem is that the people on the visitor's gate keep saying speak up and I have
to repeat everything several times to them and I am talking right into the speaker.
This is frustrating and annoying. This has not only happened to me but my parents as they were comming in also.
I wish we had better security for the area.
