I find it interesting that the recent comments about boutique,speak out, and capital improvements, some of the members that wanted a vote of membership on
the fountain were denied. Florida statue says all capital improvement must be
voted on by the membership. If this is true why then did this board not
bring it to the members. Tennis court, club house,fountain these are all Capital
Improvements. When was the last time the members voted on anything ?
Next time you run into or just call your board member ask them if the Sunshine
laws say Capital Improvement's must be voted on. Are there any members who have
knowledge about Florida law and what is correct
