I believe that people in Countryside will miss Rich Kuldelski more than they think they will. During his years on the board, he has tried very hard to keep our costs down. He has worked tirelessly on several projects including the wall. We have been very lucky to have had him as a board member. I do not believe (as one writer said) that he has been a member of any clique, if anything, he has been in the minority with his voting on this board. Give him his due and do not criticize.
