I believe Andrea's blog of October 20th brought up an interesting point...If the "increase" of last years fee was for the wall (and not by a special assessment) shouldn't this years fee have been "decreased" by the same amount..Does this mean we are paying for the wall once again or where is that $900, 000.00??

Also how do we get answers to all the questions that are coming up on the blog?Couldn't the GM take some time to answer them and let the people,who he works for, know what is going on.................
