Have noticed several comments regarding Board Members not responding to memos in this forum. Actually, each Board member is responsible to the members of his/her individual Association and cannot readily represent the thoughts of the entire Board to those outside of his/her area. The President can and should do this, however as he knows the basis on which decisions are/were made. Suggest questions be directed to individual representatives and/or the President with a request for an answer. A letter or E-Mail is much more effective than a verbal question.
