Countryside's lack of communication with the members.
Just learned from Stacey, the Dining Room Manager, that the up and running Web site has not been updated for over a month. Reason is that the Web master was let go as Countryside is developing its own web site. However, there is no time table to know when the new web site will be up and running. Countryside's newsletter is published semi-monthly and the next issue is not due out until early November.
THE PROBLEM IS: COUNTRYSIDE HAS MANY ACTIVITIES PLANNED FOR THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY IN EARLY NOVEMBER. Which one would only know about if you called the Club or could pick up a flyer in the Club's lobby. Now what about our part-time residents! Our Club does not hesitate to send out letters, via the US Mail, to inform us of new or upcoming assessments, yet they can not send out US mail to all the members with details on upcoming activities when they are aware that the Club will have no communication going between itself and its members for more than a month or two
