Board members voting
By- Laws of Countryside Master Association, Inc.
Article 3 section 7 Association Voting
It is intended that in matters to be voted on by the members of the Master Association ,each homeowner's association and condominium association shall, where feasible and practical, poll its members in order
to provide instruction to the association's voting representative as to how the association's votes should be cast. Where this procedure is followed, the President of each association or his Designee, shall have the responsibility to collect and tabulate the member's vote and cast them with Master Association in a manner consistent with members wishes. Such procedure, subject to any restrictions, limitations condition which
may be imposed by the association's covenants or bylaws may provide for votes to be cast in a block, or in the same manner originally cast by its members,or in any other manner that is fair, equitable,
uniformly applied with the association,and does not result in casting of fractional votes.
