While we are all anxiously awaiting for the "survey" to be mailed to us -- my question is: when it is completed and mailed back to the board, who is going to read all the surveys and what will be the outcome and who is in charge to make any changes related to our complaints, is there going to be a meeting to discuss our concerns and will there be a newsletter sent out advising us of the outcome? How can we be sure that the surveys will not be thrown away or left in a file cabinet? I would suggest to my fellow residents that we make a copy for ourselves for future reference. The majority of the Countryside members want to have some say as to what happens at our club and community. I certainly hope that all the board members are reading these e-mails and are taking heed, they are supposed to be our voices in the community. Why are they acting as individuals with their own personal agendas and not representing the whole community of Countryside which is why they are on the board in the first place,(but, not for long hopefully)? Also, where is the money coming from to pay this new "Marketing Director", is she related to any of the board members and how do they justify her hiring???? Inquiring minds want to know.
