This is a great idea and I know it will eventually be very helpful to Countryside. The owners, all the owners should try and get involved, share their opinions and volunteer their suggestions. There is a lot to discuss, such as: Term limits for the Master Board, getting more of a turnover on All of the commitees, leasing some Golf memberships to the Social group, there are a majority of owners that are Golf members that don't use their Golf memberships. Maybe even trying to have the finance meeting that is held in June, when 70% of the owners are North of Florida, held sometime in the winter when owners attendance is high..Perhaps stopping the $1500.00 fee for when you sell or buy a house in Countryside, just until the Real estate market come back.
