This has got to be one of the GM'S duties there should not be confrontation between
owners and renters or owners and owners. If indeed a complaint is register it should be investigated and dealt with. End of story If you do not comply you will be towed. This is not new to the GM and board,they know of these concerns trucks,dogs,people working in there driveways why has this micro managing board not given this duty to the GM.
