I think a little clarifaction is in order: Each and every member pays $1,748.00 for their Maintenance Fee. The maintenance fee is for everything that isn't pertaining to golf, such as the gates, the tennis courts, the food operation, the workout room, the maintenance for the 2 and 1/2 miles of roads that are in Countryside, and I'm sure there is more to the operation for our Club that is paid by this maintenance fee.... $1,440 00 or so is the fee that the Golfing Community ( 850 owners) pays for their Golfing. So , technically an "A" member does NOT pay $3,200.00 for the right to Golf. Again, an "A" member pays $1,440.00 to Golf here at Countryside.That in itself is a real good deal for the "A" members.
