It was interesting to read the problem of the pickup truck being parked overnight, that also is in the Countryside Rules & Regs. What stood out was the rather official short statement that followed.

When you have gone thru your immediate homeowners President and the Management Company (who admitted they wouldn't want the problem) but for some reason did not want to be involved, the G.M.and one member of the board could not acknowledge in writing,
In every Organization I have been involved in, every unit in it reports to someone above and has to follow the set Rules & Regulations outlined in their documents.
I would hope that one short terse statement is not official as you can see where that leaves people with any type of problem.
