I agree with Larry Hulce. I think we have some pretty intelligent people on the board so, I can't understand how they were convinced that the walkers didn't pay their fair share of the maintenance fee. We all pay the $3200+ fee. The cart fee is for the carts. Also most walkers also rent carts as they belong to the Ladies, Mens, and Couples leagues. My understanding is that the $5.00 fee will only be charged from October to May, then for the summer you can buy a walking pass. So, who uses the course in the summer? Well, it is mostly the non golfing units who can't use it in season. Know these are the people who really don't contribute to the golf course maintenance! Some how this just doesn't seem fair to me.
